About the controversial increase of VAT on animal drugs was the first to be written by the daily "Puls Biznesu". This is an element of the tax changes that the Department of Finance is working on.
Asked about this during the session of the Sejm, Filip Świtała, Deputy Minister of Finance, he replied that it was "only" a suggestion, "that it is appropriate to discuss, but in industries where the rise has bottomed out.
The increase in the VAT rate on pet drugs will hurt owners of cats, dogs and many industries – milk, meat and eggs.
The increase will impact the profitability of running a business by many manufacturers. In this industry, margins are estimated at 3 or 4%. If VAT increased production costs by 0.3 to 0.4%, we can expect one. Increases. The increase in VAT on veterinary drugs can therefore affect the prices of milk and dairy products, meat and eggs.

How are you going? That's why I'm addressing politicians and all people of good will to end this amendment. We are not alone on this planet, we are responsible for animals.
