Increases in the Polish Post. The company will devote a quarter of a billion additional PLN to wages

The Poczta Polska Directory has signed an agreement with the trade unionists of "Solidarity" on the increases. Employees earning up to 5,000 Gross PLN will get an additional PLN 172. The total cost of the increases will rise to PLN 255 million per year.

The Organization of the Interpretation of Solidarność NSZZ employees of Poczta Polska informed the signing of the agreement. According to documents issued by trade unionists, the increase amounts to 172 gross PLN for employees with a maximum salary of PLN 5,000. PLN Gross

The newspaper writes that Poczta Polska was counting on salary increases of PLN 110 million per year, but at the insistence of trade unionists, this amount was initially raised to 154 million zlotys. and finally it amounted to PLN 255 million

The increases will come into effect from June 1, but employees of the public company will receive additional money only September. Then, the compensation will be due for June and July. The increase will rise to 172 PLN gross, but with apprenticeship allowances and thirteenth salary, the average increase in wages will rise to 226 gross PLN [1945900] [1965900] Wages are by far the largest expense of Poczta Polska. With a turnover of 6 billion zlotys a year, 4.2 billion zlotys are spent on wages. These costs will increase further due to the increase in employment – in the first half of the year, the company has accepted more than a thousand new people, including 560 factors.
