Kalisz raised 14 million PLN from EU grants for new hybrid buses

Five new hybrid buses of eleven orders have arrived in Kalisz – said President Grzegorz Kalisz Grzegorz Sapiński. "Thanks to this investment, in two years, the fleet of Kalisz Bus Lines has been enriched with 30 new hybrids," said President Kalisz Grzegorz Sapiński

. He said that the new buses would go to Kalisz in August because "we have to do a technical examination, that is to say to check if all the elements included in the order have been respected by MAN" – explained the President. The hybrid buses of Warsaw can be envied. Another contract for ZTM and Mobilis is launched

MAN Truck & Bus won a call for tenders for the supply of 11 buses in January 2017. – It is a modern vehicle to low floor meets the EURO 6 exhaust standard, said Sapiński.

The cars are equipped with an automatic fire detection and extinguishing system in the engine compartment suitable for disabled persons. The vehicle interiors are air-conditioned and feature at least 4 dual USB ports that can be used by passengers.
