Thursday's match for … third place in the group A table was crowned by the difficulties of the volleyball players at the world club championships in Płock. Cucine Lube Civitanova and Fakieł Nowy Urengoj got their promotion on Tuesday.
The clashes between PGE Skra Bełchatów and Zenitu Kazań did not matter, and the coaches of both teams decided to treat them sparsely. Vladimir Alekno delegated the second group of six and Roberto Piazza exchanged the attacker, the libero and the two admirers. Milad Ebadipour, who was suffering from minor trauma, had not completely warmed her up.
During the presentation, the fans greeted Alexei Spiridonov with a whistle. This situation was repeated several times when the Russian appeared in the field of service.
The show itself was not intriguing, it was far from the clash between Cucine Lube and Zenit, or even PGE Skra with Fakiel. These meetings ended with tiebreakers, were rich in emotions and quality.

During the first evening, the Bełchatów had a big problem of wings, they did not accept well, which did not allow them to obtain more points. The best player of PGE Skra was Jakub Kochanowski. Zenit, however, dominated this set, Nikita Alexeyev plunged his opponents.
After the change of camp, the Polish team has slightly raised its level, mainly its effectiveness during the attack. Zenit has been deceived more often than before and the champions of Poland have matched the match.
They continued their good game, in the third part, they tried to keep a four-point advantage. It seemed like everything was under control and all of a sudden the winners of last year 's Club World Cup kicked off a block, they played, the advantage was reduced and there was an advantage. PGE Skra did not seize the opportunity and lost the match.
The fourth installment of Kazan guests almost from the beginning was under control. It seemed that the good series of Milan Katicia would give hope for a return to the game and a tie, but this was not the case.
In this way, PGE Skra remained without a win at the World Club Championships. However, their attitude in the first two games gives hope to the fans that the best form they will present when returning from the league.
