Lech Poznań. Tomasz Cywka: Time will not deceive you

– Physical preparation is a very individual issue. I feel very good and I'm ready to play – says Tomasz Cywka, a new Lech Poznań player who has the chance to jump quickly into the starting lineup of "Kolejorz".

If coach Lech Ivan Djurdjević decides to use the frame with four defenders, Cywka can be sure of the match on the right side.

Robert Gumny returns to training after a knee surgery and will be available to the coach at the earliest in a month. – We have different assumptions for the next matches, we discuss everything before and play as the coach wants. We also feel good about this – says Cywka, who trains with Lech for less than a month.

The footballer himself admits that he is physically ready to play for the stakes, what does the relationship with the rest of his colleagues look like?

– I would also say that it is a plus because we have trained a lot together. It is obvious that time will not deceive, it will be even better, but everyone is sure to play with the ball. That's fine with me, we understand ourselves in the field – says Cywka, who admits – like the other lechici – that the preparation period for Djurdjević was intense and specific.

– Yes, the preparations were strong, of good intensity. It's such a training that requires you not only to do physical work, but everything has been done with the ball. And then the man feels it differently. And the intensity was what we want to present in the matches – adds the player.

For the moment, Lech looks promising in his fights: he beat the first league Warta Poznań 2-0, the champion of Israel 2-1 Hapoel Beer Sheva and the Slovaks 5-0 of Podbrezova .

– There are different theories about combat results, but if it was not the case, it's a game to win. Even when it's a control match. The man feels better mentally when he wins, than how he draws or loses. It builds us, shows us that we are going in the right direction, that we are not losing goals or losing a lot. I note this positively. We know that when we have the first game of the cup, everything is being built for the first few weeks – Cywka ends.
