The duel ranked 9th in the Tybury Heavyweight standings with 13th place Struve was a chance for both players to break the series of two defeats. The Pole was the favorite of this duel, but could not afford to overlook the Dutchman of 210 meters tall, who was very experienced in the Octagon, who in his career had defeated, among others, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Stipe Miocica
The advantage of the Pole was particularly visible in the first and third rounds. It was relatively easy to bring a higher opponent to the ground floor, where he controlled the Dutchman and hit him from time to time with his fists and elbows. With long limbs, Struve tried to catch the Pole from one of the finishing techniques, but Tybura managed to avoid the elbow lever and the triangular choke with his hands
The Uniejów player was in a difficult time only in the second round. Struve then struck him with a strong kick that made the Pole nervous. However, he managed to stop the opponent with successive shots, and finally he went to the offensive, thanks to which two of the three judges also gave the victory to Tyburze in this round
Eventually, the Pole won by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) and won the fourth victory in the seventh duel in the Octagon UFC
David Zawada, known for his fights in KSW Federation, made its debut before Tybury's fight with Struve in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Representing Germany, but highlighting his roots with the Polish flag, he lost the 27 year old by the unanimous decision of the judges with Englishman Danny Roberts. The duel for three rounds warmed the audience in Hamburg, because especially on the field, the two warriors with great passion and great skills tried to beat the rival with the finishing technique. In the end, however, the judges decided the decision. The verdict was relatively strange, as one of the referees awarded them all three rounds awarded Zawada, but the other two felt that Roberts deserved to win 29-28.
