Michał Kurtyka graduated from Ecole Polytechnique de Paris and fellow in quantum optics Washington DC (DC) National Institute of Standards and Technology, where he worked under the physics of Nobel laureate William D. Phillips
"Since January 1, 2016, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Energy, where he was directly responsible for technological development and introduction of innovations in the energy sector, implementation climate and energy policies in the field of fuels and gas, international relations with states and international organizations, supervision of state participation in the largest Polish energy companies in s the oil and gas sector, such as Orlen, Lotos and PGNiG. He was the initiator of the "Electromobility Development Plan" and piloted the creation of a law on electromobility and alternative fuels, through which these forms of transport will be able to to develop dynamically.
