Minister Rafalska asks for control in the Amazon. The reason is the possibility of breaking the rights of employees

In the letter addressed to the head of the PIP Wieslaw the Smoke by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy, it reads:

In connection with the media information on the situation of employees in the centers Amazon logistics. I ask you to take control of the Amazon centers in Poland. Please inform me of the results

The Minister adds that if the NLI inspections have already been carried out in Amazon, he asks you to present their results

Control of the labor inspection in the Amazon River took place inter alia in 2015, when working conditions in the center near Wrocaw were tested. As a result of the audit, it was stated, inter alia, that "an employer should not be considered an accident at work, which should be considered as such." It deprives employees, for example, of the right to claim a single compensation. "

Also, irregularities were found when calculating the salary, incorrect information in the work certificates, the absence of safety instructions in certain positions.

One of the main reasons employees complain is the established norms, which in their opinion impose an unrealistic pace of work. Amazon itself explains that it is a good employer and offers its competitor a competitive package, benefits, life insurance, a private medical plan, a dinner for 1, free transportation or a vocational training program .
