RFBenchmark.pl has published a ranking of mobile operators entitled Mobile Internet in Poland (June 2018). Once again, the speed and quality of services were examined. At the top of the list of operators were two networks – T-Mobile and Orange. T-Mobile recorded the best result in the medium data rate category and the lowest ping value. Orange remains the best in four months in terms of download speed.
The basis of the study was 26,112 measures of the mobile application users. The most tests were performed in 4G technology – 72.93%. Compared to other months, 3G has also been tested – 26.23%. The number of 2G tests is only 0.84%. Taking into account the percentage distribution of the operators whose network has been tested, Plus is in the first place (35.64%). Orange (28.97%) ranks second, followed by Play (24.63%) and T-Mobile (10.45%).
Orange retains its leading position in the category of average data download speed. So, it has been running for four months in a row! Compared to previous months, the Orange operator however presented a lower result: 30.06 Mb / s. Behind him, T-Mobile (28.3 Mb / s) and More (21.9 Mb / s). The ranking in June in this category closes Play with the result of 20.17 Mb / s.
This time, in terms of the best operator that offers the fastest average speed of sending data, there has been a change. T-Mobile surpassed Orange with a score of 11.94 Mb / s. The previous leader, who finally took second place had a slightly weaker result – 11.58 Mb / s. In June, Plus is ranked third (11.42 Mb / s). At the end of the game, with a result much worse than the other three – 7.12 Mb / s.
The order of operators in terms of the lowest ping value looks exactly like last month. T-Mobile got the best result for the second time – 38.12 ms. He is chased by Orange (40.37 ms) and Play (40.75 ms). The highest ping value was reached again by Plus (45.32 ms).
