The official opening, as already mentioned, was held at 11 o'clock, but the first guests stood in front of the mall closed before 7 o'clock. the principle of "first come, first served". Queues with numbers were distributed to the queues in order to streamline the organization's entry into the store. From the beginning, about 150 pieces came out
In conversations with people waiting in the queue, I heard information that some people had been waiting since 22 hours the day before . Some people also entered the gallery before opening with the use of a staff card or entry to a gym.
Xiaomi has prepared attractive opportunities for customers. Each of them could buy a product, which was covered by the promotion. They were waiting for them:

Of course, phones were the most popular. Every day, Mi Mix 2S is offered at 2600 PLN and Redmi Note 5 at 900 PLN, so customers have a hard time fighting for promotions prepared by Xiaomi.
The official opening of the store was held at 11am. by Xiaomi brand representatives from China. New clients were admitted to groups of 20 people, which was to avoid unnecessary confusion. However, it is obvious that the first 7 people are the ones who most likely saved on the purchase of a smartphone almost two thousand zlotys.
Xiaomi has also prepared additional attractions for queuing. It was possible to participate in contests in which questions about new products were asked or take a souvenir selfie in a frame and share them on your profile in social media. There were t-shirts and thermal mugs to win
It should also be mentioned the appearance of the store itself. Products exposed on the sides and on the two islands in the middle attract attention. The simplicity of the decor, the large spaces and the clear marks facilitate the navigation in the store and allow to find the desired articles.
Comparing the opening of a store in Wrocław to those in Krakow or Warsaw, it must be said and comparatively in terms of promotion. Assigning tapes with numbers and checking them just before entering improved the flow of customers across the store's threshold.
