The same person presented a deposit in the form of a bill of exchange of PLN 48 million – issued by the aforementioned persons and companies. The next invoice of 10 million zlotys was submitted by Rafał Mania and he was exposed to Maciej Zientara.

The decision to accept promissory notes under the bond was made by Judge Marcin Kossowski.
