As Gazeta Wyborcza described, the Warsaw Court of Appeal today acknowledged that Jerzy Owsiak had to apologize to Pawłowicz for the organization of the contest and for his statements, for example , when he had referred to "the application of principles by the Polish People's Republic by Pawłowicz". .
Members' apologies must appear on the kreciola.tv website within seven days of validating the judgment and posted there for 48 hours.
Finally, the court dismissed the claim in the part concerning the payment of the compensation. Pawłowicz wanted, in addition to an apology, 50,000 PLN.
