– The case of those who have high wages in public enterprises has been raised. We are respected, but we will not be candidates – unexpectedly announced the President of the PiS Friday night, and local activists froze. – At Nowogrodzka Street, the phones were dialed, waiting lines were put in place and questions started to multiply in the party – says one of the deputies. What is a high salary? Is 15 thousand PLN 50,000 zł? Will the "high earnings" threshold be set? Is a private employee of a public company not also a candidate? If someone was the president, but he is no longer, will he have a ban?
Politician of the region: – We tried to find a resolution of a political committee that would specify it, but there is no such document.
Because the committee did not accept such a resolution, although the decision was taken Friday in the party headquarters in Nowogrodzka in Warsaw, where the PiS summits considered the initial proposals for a letter to regional regimes in local fall elections. The scenarios are two. The first – Jarosław Kaczyński acted under the influence of emotions, approving new letters and finding employees of state treasure companies on them. The second – that such announcements were already known, it was not clear who they would concern. – The settlement of the company is the decision of the president – says the politician PiS. But he admits that it will be clarified. – The ban will apply to members of boards of directors of public companies and persons in management positions – he reveals. And he adds: – We know that this does not apply to a lawyer employed in the company. It is supposed to be a message that from politics to the economy, the road only leads to one side.
