Obajtek also recalls that the merger process with Lotos Group, which ends in the middle of next year, is also underway. Around 2,700 stations will now have several hundred, which will further strengthen the promotion of Polish brands and actions.
"The acquisition transaction of Lotos is proceeding as planned, we are discussing with KNF and we want to finish it in the first half of 2019. we will start the other processes related to the Group's files, including rebranding, which we wish to close until the end of the year 2019.
