PKP Cargo and Newag signed a letter of intent regarding the purchase of DRAGON 2 locomotives, said PKP Cargo. The letter paves the way for negotiations regarding the acquisition by PKP Cargo of three six-axle E6ACTa locomotives – DRAGON 2, manufactured by Newag.
