– I spoke to the commander to explain these scandalous remarks, to intimidate the member. It's an amazing thing in a democratic state. This officer should be removed from office, the more he violated the basic rules relating to the command of the commander – in – chief with respect to the rules of ethics that officers should follow. This is the reason why disciplinary proceedings can be initiated and dismissed, he explained.

The rules of professional ethics, also mentioned in the letter, are "kindness" in the treatment of persons and "impartiality excluding racial, national, religious, political, ideological or other reasons".

The MP called for "an immediate investigation of Chief Inspector Krzemrowicz and an extension of his professional responsibilities in the form of a withdrawal of police structures".

"Irresponsible action"

Superintendent Kołnierowicz's comments also commented on MP Jerzy Meysztowicz.

– If the provincial chief at the rank of general proposes to organize a whistleblowing contest at the national level and play with them, it is really frivolous and it is really worth asking if this person should perform this function because it is a call to they have informed themselves, he said.
