Prohibition of trading on Sundays. Will the stores be open on July 15th?

[ad_1]

July 2018 has five Sundays. Therefore, until three Sundays, the stores will be closed and we will not be able to go shopping. A similar situation this year will only appear in September. We will not do shopping in malls and hypermarkets the following Sunday – July 22nd. The stores will be open on Sunday, July 29th.

Where can you shop on a Sunday with a trade ban?

The Sunday trade ban does not cover all commercial establishments. Pharmacies, press shops, restaurants, cafes and petrol stations can function normally. The majority of opening hours in the previous hours have been announced by the shopping centers of larger cities and non-supermarkets that are located there. The Sunday Trade Ban Act does not include stores located in railway stations. This is the case of the five branches of the Biedronka chain located in Warsaw, Krakow, Poznań and Grudziądz railway stations.
