Proknik bankrupt. The oldest part of the stock market falls

Prchnik is a clothing company with a long tradition of 70 years.

One of the oldest companies listed on the Polish market is officially collapsing. In the fate Proknik will receive a final decision from the district court to execute the sentence.

Proknik is waiting for liquidation after 70 years of operation. Four years ago, the company is growing rapidly. He plans to expand the network with 14 new stores. It challenges the biggest competitors, namely Vistula and Wlczanka and the Bytom company. Back with the production of China in Poland to be widely commented. However, the maintenance of two brands, Prchnik and Rage Age, exceeded the capabilities of the company and the debt began to increase.

In March, Prochnik filed a restructuring claim in the Warsaw District Court for reorganization. The main restructuring objectives were: the divestiture of all asset components, which are not directly necessary to continue operations, the development of the Prchnik brand and the sale of the Rage Age brand. In early June, the court will decide the bankruptcy of the company. Procnik receives a valid decision of the District Court for the authorities of Odessa XIV, the Economic Department of Bankruptcy and Restructuring

Proknik focuses on development:

The court calls creditors to file claims. They must do so thirty days after the date of the announcement of the declaration of the fall to the Court and the Economic Monitor. The same period of time applies to persons who have their rights and personal rights and claims on real estate attached to the package, if they have not been disclosed by the registration in the register land and mortgage. If the delay exceeds the loss of the right to refer to them in a bankruptcy proceeding – Sd.

In early June, the district court for the offshore will render a decision on dismantling Prochnik.

Proknik is a trade spk of the garment industry collecting for external companies. He specializes in the production of clothing. Spka is listed on the WSE for the first trading session (16 April 1991).
