There is no official confirmation of this information yet. It is not known if Stroll bought a 100% stake or only a majority stake. Some media reports that changes in Force India can trigger an avalanche and cause shuffling in multiple teams. And this after the summer holidays (August 24).

The Canadian billionaire will certainly want to bring his son, Lance, to FI. Then the post would have been created in Williams, where Robert Kubica is the reserve and development driver. However, he would not be the partner of Sergei Sirotkin, because – according to several sources – Lance would like to ride the Pole.

Earlier, Kubica was related to Haas, with whom he even had conversations. The Pole has denied these reports.

The fall of Force India?

Force India is now fifth in the constructors' standings and has a more competitive Williams car. The problem however is financial, and Lawrence Stoll's offer is to be the only hi against bankruptcy.

Currently, the permanent pilots of Force India are Esteban Ocon, who has an offer with Renault for the 2019 season, and Sergio Perez, behind which powerful sponsors are present.
