For the next months and a half, the trains of Szybki Kolej Miejski and Koleje Mazowieckie will not run between Świder and Otwock. The reason is the next step of the renovation of the Otwock railway line
The movement of trains between Świder and Otwock will be stopped on July 16th. Its restoration is scheduled for September 2.
At that time, the SKM trains of the S1 line will take the shortened line to the Warsaw Falenica or Świder station. KM teams from Warsaw side will finish their trip at the main stop. However, those who go from Pilawa will arrive in Otwock.
The filling communication will be launched for the duration of the renovation. The buses of the line ZS7 will circulate in the first and second zone of the route: PKP Falenica – Bysławska (back: Młod, Derkaczy, Bysławska) – Patriots – Marshal Józef Piłsudski – Hugo Kołłątaj – Stanisław Staszica – Powstańców Warszawy – Orla (back: Orla, Świderska).
Reciprocal Honor Tickets
In connection with the changes, the tickets of the public transport authority will be honored on the trains of Koleje Mazowieckie on section Warszawa Zachodnia – Śródborów. In addition, tickets valid in the second zone will be valid on substitute lines between Wąska and PKP Falenica stops
In addition, Koleje Mazowieckie tickets will be honored on SKM trains on the S1 line in the Warszawa Zachodnia onwider section. 115, 119, 125, 142, 161, 202, 213, 219, 305, 521, 523, 525, 702, ZS7 and trams that coincide with the route of the lines. buses mentioned above.
Koleje Mazowieckie also lists several routes, on which their tickets will be allowed to travel by bus and tram:
