When there was more than a decade I was finishing high school, almost all my colleagues were planning to study a field related to computer science. Why? From the beginning, even the gains were tempting. The youngsters dreamed of a nice day – long session in front of the computer in the hope that they would master one or two programming languages in a blink of an eye, and that money would fall from the sky without effort. Already at that time, it was said that the work for a computer scientist / programmer will always be, because the world is moving towards total digitization. And I must admit that one part was absolutely right. The problem, however, lies in problems other than lack of employment. Few universities today will prepare for the profession, plus programming is a profession that if we do not learn, no one will give it a threat or a request. However, according to the latest No Fluff Jobs report, people who have not abandoned this activity have something to enjoy. The earnings reach up to 12,000 PLN per month.
The No Fluff Jobs portal, where we can find job offers for the IT industry, has prepared a report describing the benefits of Polish IT specialists in the first quarter of this year . The amounts even oscillate around 12,000 PLN.

Who earns this money? According to Tomasz Bujok, founder of No Fluff Jobs, these people have mainly extensive experience: It is impossible to conceal the fact that in the IT labor market, it is necessary above all experienced people, which naturally results in their gains . On the one hand, this is understandable, as these people are able to actively participate in the implementation of projects without any training, from the beginning of the cooperation. However, on the other hand, it's kind of a vicious circle because it prevents the number of graduates from gaining valuable business experience required by companies. That's why No Fluff Jobs launched for a while the "Start IT without a tick!" Campaign which, besides promoting the hiring of programmers taking their first steps in the IT world, also offers dozens of materials to help novice programmers. When reading the report No Fluff Jobs, we will see the work of remote programmers: Developers who decide to practice their profession outside the office can count around 8300 – 14000 net net in the case of a B2B contract and 11500 – 16000 gross, have a contract of employment . This is so that the results of the research are presented in the largest cities of Poland (Tricity, Warsaw, Krakow or Wroclaw) according to No Fluff Jobs. Be sure to know what your experiences are in this area.
