Board of Platige Image SA ("Issuer?") Indicates that on July 5, 2018 an agreement was signed between the Issuer and Telewizja Polska SA for the complete design and execution by the Emitter of the graphics of the show "Wiadomości?", Using technology Vizrt. service. The contract was concluded for a period of 21 months. Its value represents more than 8% of the turnover of the Image Capital Platige group for 2017.
Contract with Telewizja Polska SA is the second agreement that uses the skills of the Issuer in the field of production modern TV graphics based on Vizrt technology, recently concluded by the Issuer. The first was an agreement with Telewizja Polsat sp.O.o. concluded by the Issuer in the first half of June. His subject is the preparation of television coverage of UEFA football matches – Champions League and Europa League in the seasons 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and the League of Nations in the seasons 2018 / 19, 2020/21, the development of related graphics and its implementation for its value does not exceed 4% of the turnover of the group Platige Image Capital for 2017.
The contractual penalties reserved in both contracts do not deprive the donors of the right to investigate compensation to the general conditions.
