The number of reviews reviewed by the National Register of Courts (KRS) was positive, and seven – negative, according to 300polityka.pl. The last ones are Jzef Iwulski, who was appointed by Andrzej Dud to serve as the first president of the Supreme Court.
Positives received from Judges Zbigniew Myszka, Anna Kozowska, Bogumia Ustjanicz, Rafa Malarski and Marian Kocon. The opinion of the National Register of the Court is not a vice for the President, who will make a decision regarding the subsequent adjudication by the courts.
Members of the National Council of National Education at 10:00 am began the second day of the meeting. During the plenary session, the board discussed issues relating to the functioning of the courts. "Rzeczpospolita" has previously indicated that the members of the National Register of the Court deal, among other things, with issuing opinions to Supreme Court applications, which are 65 years old and want to decide further.
The National Council of the Judiciary had to consider the findings of nine Supreme Court Courts, which have completed 65 years and which, under the new laws, are expected to retire, unless the President does not. agrees to continue their work. These judges submitted to the KRS legally binding applications with conjunctions, that is to say with a medical and psychological certificate.
The following seven beggars submitted only short letters expressing the desire to continue their work, but they did not investigate. The judges called for the constitution, which they believe guarantees them the right to continue arbitration. Such a request, among others, was designated by President Andrzej Dud for the performance of the duties of the first President of the Supreme Court Jzef Iwulski
