They drove Dariusz K to the star dealer process
After several months behind bars, Dariusz K. (42) left his cell yesterday. The former husband of 46-year-old Edyta Górniak was handcuffed to court, where he testified as a witness in the case of star dealer Cezary P. (50 l.). And although everyone hoped that the musician would plunge the man with his testimony, this did not happen. "The accused did not sell or sell cocaine," he said in court.
The former husband Górniak is one of the witnesses of the current process of the star merchant. The prosecutor's office hoped that his testimony would have the effect of drowning the accused and Dariusz K. would admit that he was buying cocaine. He then killed a woman at the bars in 2014.
– I was informed of the case by the media when the media tried to put my person in touch with this case – he confessed in court. – Outside the media, to be honest, I do not know much – he added.
However, he did not doubt that he had had contact with the dealer years ago.
– I met the accused some time ago, a few years ago, I tried to remember this moment, but I do not remember the details. I can assume that it was after a concert or event with my participation. I'm sure he's got a business card from me, I can assume that I've entered his phone number, but I'm not sure. I do not remember contacting him by phone – he explained.
Dariusz K. is reminded that he was talking about his restaurant, the liquor store and the organization of events. When asked if he had bought cocaine from P., he categorically denied it.
"The accused did not sell or sell cocaine," he said.
After hearing Darius, he was handcuffed again and, along with other prisoners, was taken to the prison where he was serving his sentence.
Piotr Gąsowski (54) appeared in court. The host of "Your Face Sounds Familiar" filed in court a motion to exclude the disclosure during the hearing. The court confirmed his request. Unofficially learning "Super Express", the actor stated that he was only ordering alcohol from the seller and that he was bringing food to the house. Ewa M. (34 years old) appeared as a witness, wife of a former senator, Senator Tomasz M. (45 years old). The woman testified that her husband was buying cocaine from a dealer.
