The Polish labor market
completed 2018 with a strong accent. Salary in companies once

they arouse a lot of emotions, especially when, like today, they beat another record.
However, it is worth remembering what the monthly level test really shows
salaries.
According to the latest GUS calculations, the average salary in the
companies (employing more than 9 people) reached in December
last year 5274.95 PLN gross. This is the highest level of
the history of the study up to now.
This is not a surprise – as it is clearly visible on the chart, December is still there
in terms of salary, the best month of the year (previous record of 4973.73
PLN came from December 2017).
Compared to the last month of 2017, average salary
