At the end of July, PKO BP customers wait for changes. The bank will send messages from the new e-mail address. When it informs of a change, the bank warns its customers against cheaters. – When you receive a suspicious message, contact the bank's helpline – we read in the PKO release.
The change will take effect July 26 at the earliest. As we read in a communication to customers, notifications regarding "bank account events and other PKO Bank Polski products sent by the Bank will be changed".
A new address from which the bank will send e-mails is "[email protected]". Each message will have the title "Message from PKO Bank Polski" and will be sent in HTML format.
– If you have defined the rules in your e-mail associated with the sender of the message or notifications received, do not forget to update the settings
At the same time, the bank warns against fraudulent e-mails sent by fraudsters to obtain account identification information
– Do not forget that you receive a suspicious e-mail sent by the Bank , eg. to the login page for the Bank's website, request confidential data, encourage you to install additional software on your computer or phone, etc., contact the Bank or report an existing situation to an employee at any branch of the Bank. Bank as soon as possible
