The boring company Elona Muska has announced plans to build a large underground tunnel under the west of Los Angeles. She withdrew Tuesday, after residents let the city subtract investment in environmental assessment.

With this second tunnel, fans will go from the subway station to the Dodgers baseball stadium. The company announced that it would take 4 minutes to cover an episode of less than 5 km and cost 1 dollar.
