He claims that Energa blames him and wants to charge him costs. – And that's their bouncing – it marks. Energa says that according to the documents, the cable was laid in accordance with art. However, this will always be verified.
On November 5, Marcin Maleta, a farmer from Rogówka (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship), plowed the field around his home when he suddenly caught something. After leaving the tractor, he noticed that it was a 400-volt cable, which carries electricity to the apartments or public lighting.

– They came and immediately started saying: what did you do here? – he says. He does not feel guilty. He believes that those who buried the cable are responsible. However, the employees of the company had a completely different opinion.
– They started cleaning the scene of the incident, accusing us and scary the costs. And yet, my son could even die – says Adam Maleta, Marcin's father.
The next day, when the energyians arrived on the front line with heavy equipment, Marcin Moleta asked that the culprit be found first. – I have heard again that the fault is on my side. I said that in this case, I would not let anyone enter the field. They ignored it and began to destroy the tracks trying to make repairs – says the farmer. The police have been called.
– The supervisor of these employees has also appeared. He said that I should pay for all this, and if I do not immediately accept the compensation, the amount will increase because the neighbor had to set the whole – Maleta continues. However, he decided that, without being sure of not paying losses, he would not allow him to work on his premises.
Energa-Operator therefore asked the elders to provide the Malets site without their consent during the repair.
Paweł Janiak, company representative, is surprised by the allegations of intimidation of farmers by the employees of his company.
– Our goal is to get into the cable to assess what happened and estimate the damage. We do everything to get along well and communicate with the farmer – he says. It also convinces us that it is not yet possible to determine how much losses will be suffered and who is to blame in this situation.
According to the documents of the company, the cable was laid according to the art.
