The civic coalition won the poviats in Lower Silesia

Although PiS has presented the largest number of councilors in the Lower Silesian Parliament and formed a coalition with non-partisan local governments, announcing the victory in the region, which was until now considered a bastion of the flat civic form, Jaroslaw Kaczynski's party failed in county councils.

In none of the counties of Lower Silesia, neither the Coalition nor the PiS will govern alone. Everywhere, alliances with local electoral committees were needed.

An extremely complicated political situation was observed after the elections in the Wroclaw district. The Civic Coalition and Law and Justice have won 6 seats here. The language at the weight of the three councilors who came forward under the committee of the current initiative of local government starosta. Thanks to that, Roman Potocki will always be a starost. The local government has elected the PiS and it will be with him that he will lead the poviat. Andrzej Szawan became the vice mayor, who was formerly the starost of the Wrocław poviat.

Jarosław Kaczyński also managed to seize Strzelin district. The PiS will reign there with the local authorities. Starosta was Marek Czerwiński from PiS.

PiS is also a mountain in Oławski's poviat. There, the platform hoped that after two terms, PiS would succeed in taking power. The efforts of OP politicians have, however, failed. The PiS has been more effective in the negotiations and will rule again. Price? The government has promised to build a new bridge over the Oder River near Oława.

Once again, the starost of Oława became Zdzisław Brezdeń (PiS) and Witold Niemirowski, assistant senior vice president, a few years ago at the head of the local SLD, today representing the governmental community Mayor Tomasz Frischmann.

The Civic Coalition managed to seize power in Trzebnica's poviat. Earlier, the PiS reigned here. Now, the Coalition has introduced the largest number of councilors to the council – 8. In the country, it will rule with the local councilors and the PSL. Małgorzata Matusiak has become a star of the party.

At Milicz, the PiS will also be in opposition. The coalition in the poviat was created here by the advisers of the Milicz Land (committee of the mayor of Piotr Lech), the PSL and the Coalition of the citizens. Grzegorz Duda of the Polish Peasant Party became the starost, and Sławomir Strzelecki of the Milicz region was the substitute.

The Civic Coalition is also a mountain in the Oleśnica poviat. She has won 8 seats here and will lead with 7 advisers from the Olesnicki Poviat Local Government Committee. Jan Dżugaj of the Coalition became the starost.

The Civic Coalition with non-aligned local governments also reigns in the Sredzki poviat. Krzysztof Szałankiewicz, representing local governments, became the staroste and the former poviat leader, Sebastian Burdzy of the Coalition – the vice-star.

It is not yet known who will lead the poviat. Most seats (6) were won by the local committee. The PiS has four councilors and the coalition has only one councilor.

In the Jelenia Góra poviat, a coalition was concluded between the Committee for the Region, Law and Justice and the Polish People's Party. The councilor elected Krzysztof Wiśniewski (RdR) and, according to the announcement, a PiS councilor was elected, Jarosław Kotliński became the starost.

In the Lubań district, a coalition of non-partisan councilors will lead a council of the Civic Coalition. The Popular People's Coalition of the Citizen Coalition will lead the Lwówecki poviat. Daniel Koko from the local committee was elected to starost.

Piotr Wołowicz was re-elected in Górowski County. In the Council of Parliament, KWW Razem presented the highest number of councilors, namely Górowski's Poviat, four PiS, two KWW Niewartyjni Samorządowcy, a KWW SLD Lewica Razem, KWW Beaty Pona and KWW Your Samorząd. As the first vote shows, the majority of the council is composed of Together for Górowski County with non-partisan local authorities.

Although in the new district of Dzierżoniowski, the most, because 8 seats were elected Law and Justice, will not be tried here. The Citizens' Coalition (7 seats) has signed a coalition with the bloc of autonomous governments (5 seats). As a result, Grzegorz Kosowski of the Citizens & # 39; Coalition became the starost.

Maciej Awiżeń (Civic Coalition) has become the star of the Kłodzko poviat and has 18 coalition partners from local council committees, also supported by the SLD.

The starost of the Ząbkowice poviat is Roman Fester, also from the Citizens Coalition, who governs the poviat with the PSL.

In the Głogów district, the council has not yet been elected. Jarosław Dudkowiak should unofficially become the starost. The council of the poviat composed of 21 people, KWW Rafaela Rokaszewicz has 9 seats, the PiS won 7 seats and the 5th Civic Coalition. To have a majority in decision making, it will be necessary to reach an agreement between President Rokaszewicz, most likely with the Coalition.

A post-election revolution took place in Polkowice. Kamil Ciupak became the starost of Polkowice (KWW Porozumienie Lokrządowe) and Krzysztof Nester as vice-star (KWW Lepsze Polkowice). They joined the District Council as members of the Social Council: Roman Rutkowski (KWW Porozumienie Samorządowe), Jan Zarzycki (Civic Coalition), Franciszek Skibicki (KWW Porozumienie Samorządowe).

The first vote in the council of the poviat of Lubin announced a revolution, because the advisor of the PiS had been elected at the head of the council. But the vote for the starost went off without surprises. The independent autonomous governments subscribed to the law and justice and formed a coalition in the Sejmik of Lower Silesia. Until Friday, however, the division of power in Lubin's poviat remained a secret. PiS and Lubin 2006 (an association founded by President Lubin Robert Raczyński) each have 10 advisers. The other three started from the order letter. The election of the starost was won by Adam Myrd de Lubin 2006.

Law and justice have lost power in the Zgorzelec poviat. During the vote, the councilors elected a new star of the poviat. This is Artur Bieliński (Platforma Obywatelska) who collected 12 votes.

The KWW coalition of Wałbrzych Land (6 seats) and KW Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (3 seats) is head of the 17-member Wałbrzych District Council. The opposition is KWW with the support of Roman Szełemej (8 seats). The starost was Krzysztof Kwiatkowski from the local committee.

The PiS coalition with local committees also governs the Council of Kamienna Góra Poviat. Jarosław Gęborys from PiS was the starost.

The first session of the Bolesławiec Poviat Council ended with astonishment. The previously formed coalition between PSPB, PiS and Impulsu Miasta did not survive the first session. Mirosław Horzempa broke out on behalf of the PiS. Tomasz Gabrysiak (non-partisan local government) was elected new starost.

Legnica will be led by the PiS with the PSL and local committees. The starost is Adam Babuśka (PiS). Wiesław ierwierczyński became Złotoryja's starost and colic is made up of local committees, SLD and PSL. In Jawor, PiS is the mountain that governs with local councilors. Starosta was Aneta Kucharzyk.

In the widnica poviat, Piotr Fedorowicz of the Civic Platform became the starost for the second term. He competed for the board with a letter from the Citizens & Coalition, which won eight seats. The same thing was won by Law and Justice, but from the beginning it was certain that it would not rule in the poviat. Seven powers were received by the election committee of the wicestrosty of Zygmunt Worsa – Wspólna Powiat. And with him, the Civic Coalition entered the coalition. So we have the same advice to the poviat and the same chairman of the board.
