According to one of the recommended amendments, Supreme Court justices who reach the lenght age 65 after three months and before the expiry of a period of 12 months twelve months after the coming into force of the Act, unless they make a statement on the desire to continue arbitration in the Supreme Court with a health certificate, and the President agrees.
