Did you know that the Americans left Earth 49 years ago this week to make the first moon landing on a rocket designed and built largely in Alabama? Did you know that Americans are coming back on a rocket being developed in the city of Huntsville Rocket?
If you did not know, or even if you did, here's some news: Huntsville has a huge 50 anniversary celebration of this historic launch earlier planned for you in the year of 2019 anniversary. It begins soon as a countdown, and it will also be a highlight of Alabama's 200th anniversary celebration in 2019.
