  3. Your personal data will be processed in the order :
  • the performance of the contract to which you are party or act before its conclusion (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
  • realization of the legitimate interests justified by the administrator or by a third party, in particular the marketing of own and foreign products and the carrying out of analyzes (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f)), RGPD);
  • implementation of one or more specific objectives on the basis of your explicit and voluntary consent (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the RGPD)
  • The radio station processes your personal data in strictly defined, minimum range necessary to achieve the objectives referred to above.
  • Your personal data may be shared with other entities. The basis of the foregoing actions may be legal regulations (ZUS, tax administration, judicial system, for example) or well constructed, guaranteeing the security of personal data, data deposit contracts with third parties with whom the Department of Broadcasting cooperates (for example, entities in the marketing sector).
  • Your personal data may be transferred to a third country or an international organization only with your unambiguous consent obtained after a prior transfer of the rules and the potential effects of such a transfer and compliance with a number of conditions specified in the provisions of the RGPD.
  • In the case indicated in points 5 and 6, your data will be secured in such a way as to guarantee their confidentiality through the use of appropriate technical and technological solutions compatible with the good practices used in the process of secure processing of personal data. staff.
  • Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, in accordance with the archiving dates specified by specific laws and the law of July 14, 1983. on resources and national archives (Journal of Laws 2018, item 217), and if it has been dealt with on the basis of your consent, until it is withdrawn.
