It should be remembered that the contract with AmRest is conditional. In practice, this means that both parties must fulfill a number of conditions for the sale to take place. First and foremost, they must obtain the consent of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection as well as the banks that finance their activities. They must also sign a license agreement on the use of trademarks of the brand Telepizza.

Currently, Telepizza Polska operates 107 restaurants, of which 71 are franchised and 36 are owned by independent owners. Last year, revenues from Poland's Telepizza branch amounted to about PLN 73 million.
