Shareholders of Elektrownia Ostrołęka sp. Z oo is Energa and Enea, each with a 50% stake.
The bids for the construction of the Ostrołęka C power station were opened at the end of December 2017. The lowest price was offered by China Power Consulting Engineering Group – 4.489 billion gross PLN. The GE Power consortium and Alstom Power Systems offered a gross price of PLN 6.023 billion; and the Polimex-Mostostal Consortium and Rafako – PLN 9,591 billion gross. In April of this year The Ostrołęka Power Plant has selected a consortium of GE Power Sp. Z oo and Alstom Power System SAS as a general contractor
As previously stated, a high-efficiency genset of a capacity of about 1,000 MWe, for supercritical steam parameters, will be heated with coal using advanced green technological solutions
