The prosecutor's office in Warsaw has filed a detention application against detainees. Faced with the fifth person detained – Dariusz S. – the prosecution estimated that a bail of 1 million PLN would be sufficient, a ban on leaving the country and police surveillance – said Agnieszka Zabłocka-Konopka, a spokeswoman parquet during a conversation with the PAP.

She added that the prosecutor's office would appeal the court's decision on the conditional release of two people and request that these court decisions be denied.

The prosecutor's office has accused them, among other actions at the expense of the company – damage of large sizes – in exchange for obtaining property benefits, to seize large sums of money, confirming untruth, using falsified documents as originals.

The court of Warsaw-Śródmieście decided to detain three months against Anna P. and Kinga M.-P. In the presence of Bożena S. and Marek P., he authorized the payment of the deposit.

The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw accuses former Vice President Annie P. of having caused GetBack damages of about 7.3 millions of zlotys. This was to be achieved by signing an apparent contract for the provision of business security services with one of the companies and invoices confirming the payment of cash to the company. P. had to do this together with the former chairman of GetBack Konrad K. – suspects and arrested in this case as well as other alleged members of the board of directors and other suspects.

Anna P. was also supposed to give untruths in the April 16, 2018 GetBack report and manipulate financial instruments.

Bożena S.ledic also alleges damages to the company for about 7.3 million zlotys, in consultation with the president and vice president of the company.

According to the prosecutor's office, Bożena S. abused her powers by recommending a transfer to 2.02 thousand. PLN on behalf of his brother Dariusz without any title to such action. He is also accused of using forged documents to request early repayment of GetBack bonds. His brother is accused of accepting transfer money and the prosecutor's office has not asked for arrest.

In addition, the allegation of PLN 7.3 million was heard by Marek P., who as a former member of the board of GetBack had inappropriately overseen the 39; execution of the contract and its annexes, signed with one of the companies, and then disbursed companies based on invoices issued. This occurred despite the difficult financial situation of the company.

Apparent Contract

P. he is also suspected of having caused damages to GetBack at about 3.3 million PLN, because with the former president of GetBack, on January 17, 2018, he signed an apparent agreement with Kinga M.- J., detained, who will also hear charges in the prosecutor's office.

The investigation concerning GetBack is supervised by the Warsaw Regional Prosecutor's Office. It was taken on April 24 as part of the prosecutorial team, which was appointed by the National Prosecutor's Office after the notifications from the Chairman of the Financial Supervisory Commission in the GetBack case. The procedures involve causing large-scale property damage, keeping the accounting books against regulations and providing false information.

The KNF accuses the former management of the company of conducting financial operations aimed at avoiding the real valuation of the debt portfolios held by the company.

GetBack discusses debt management. Established in 2012 and July 2017, his shares started on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as part of the IPO. In April, the WSE suspended the trading of GetBack shares at the request of KNF. This happened after April 16 in the morning, the company said that it is negotiating with PKO BP and the Polish Development Fund regarding mixed loans and investment financing for an amount ranging from up to 250 million zlotys.

The announcement of the company indicated that the information was agreed "with all parties involved", meanwhile, PKO BP and PFR denied the information that they were conducting such discussions. This triggered the KNF reaction. As a result, the GetBack Supervisory Board immediately recalled Konrad K. as Chairman of the company.

According to the prosecution, dozens of people, including the commissioners of the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority and GetBack, were interviewed during the investigation, as well as the documentation and electronic data.
