The prosecutor's office is responsible for checking the banks that have offered GetBack obligations – learned RMF FM reporter Krzysztof Berenda. This opens a new chapter of this business.

GetBack is a debt collection company that offers people to invest themselves by buying their bonds. According to recent data, 9,000 people have borrowed up to 2.5 billion PLN and there is no way to recover this money.

The Warsaw Public Prosecutor's Office received nearly 100 reports from people affected by banks offering GetBack bonds. They write in the notices that banks could break the law in two ways.

First, they sold to customers a product that was not suited to their knowledge, and EU law prohibited it. If the client does not understand the collection company's debt, then the bank should not offer it to him.

Second, as an injured claim, the banks hid the risk associated with this investment. They have often promised that these links would bring great profits and this can not be lost.

Members of the Prosecutor's team appointed to the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw by the National Prosecutor, which includes prosecutors, prosecutors and central office officials Delegates to the fight against corruption in Warsaw is intensively undertaking numerous activities to explain all the circumstances resulting from the reports of alleged crimes committed so far – says FM GF Agnieszka Zabłocka-Konopka of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw. Of the reports received, nearly 100 notifications were received from people who acquired Getback SA obligations, but at this point, the prosecutor's office does not disclose any other data, nor the names of the entities that sold the bonds. .
