One of the most important tasks of the National Center for Support to Agriculture (KOWR) is the development of land in the agricultural reserve of the Treasury. This helps the self-governments to carry out their tasks, mainly in the construction of infrastructure: sports, recreational, cultural and technical, including the construction of: pumping stations, sewage treatment plants, etc. . Last year, KOWR donated 645 hectares of land to local governments for free. From January 2018 to the end of March, it definitively sold 506 ha, the largest of the Bydgoszcz office – 194 ha
