Cezary P. was arrested during the drug deal in April 2016, Hoża Street, Warsaw. Since then, he has been temporarily arrested for more than two and a half years. In August of this year, the Warsaw Court of Appeal extended its detention until December 11th.
In the case pending before the district court of Warsaw Praga North, not only P., but also his wife, Iwona, his daughter Patrycja and 12 other people accused of having aided in the supply of drugs are accused.
