The TVP Info portal announced the case Wednesday night, citing JusticeWatch's Twitter profile. According to information provided by the portal, when the judge's wife was driving the car, one of the wheels had fallen into the car. The woman did nothing because she was moving slowly.
Judge Dariusz Drajewicz, questioned about the incident, did not want to comment on the incident. Judge Jarosław Dudzicz, deputy spokesman of the National Register of Courts, confirmed in turn that such an event had taken place.
– The vehicle wheel fell at some point. All indications are that the bolts securing the wheel have been loosened – said Dudzicz. He added that the police and the prosecutor's office were already taking the necessary measures in this case. He pointed out that Judge Drajewicz's car was systematically maintained and that the wheels had been changed two and a half months ago on the site.
The Metropolitan Police, who took care of the case, said that he did not yet know the cause of the crash of the car's steering wheel.
– On Wednesday, driving a Volvo car, the woman informed police that the front wheel had broken off while driving. The woman was alone in the car. The police went to the scene and inspected.
