On Monday, around 3 pm, the local police received a report of an accident on the ground, during which a resident of Kraśnik commune, aged 45, suffered a trauma.
At the wheel of a combine, he could not keep the vehicle upright. He fell and unfortunately crushed the two lower limbs of the farmer.
At the time of the incident, the man in the combine was alone, and going out from beneath him was assisted by an owner of a farm machine nearby.
A 45-year-old man injured in the leg was rushed to hospital. Because of the rescue operations, the police checked his sobriety two hours after the incident. Then the breathalyzer showed that he had almost 0.4 percent alcohol in his body.
Nowadays, his life is not in danger.
The Kraśnik police now explain the circumstances and causes of the incident. They also use sobriety and reason when they carry out field work and use agricultural machinery.
