Municipalities will enter into contracts with residential investors and provide lists of people interested in renting available apartments. From 2019, the system of rent subsidies for the first tenants of apartments and apartments newly built in buildings subject to revitalization will be launched as part of the cooperation between investors and municipalities. The municipality will be responsible for recruiting tenants.
