Where are the state institutions responsible for assessing such a person? – asked Andrzej Grabowski on the airwaves.
This made the participant cry, but when she finally mastered her emotions, she decided to say a few words.
– Thank you very much and I apologize for this video, but that's the truth. This is what life looks like – she has tears in her eyes.
