The aim of the competitions was to develop architectural and urban concepts for multi-family dwellings with underground services and garages in the following streets: Białowieska, Hermanowska and Kolejowa in Wrocław. The project participants also presented proposals for the development of public, recreational and communication areas.

In the competition grounds, they were sitting, among other things

independent architects appointed by the Wrocław section of the Association of Polish Architects, as well as representatives of the Wrocław City Hall and the city's curator. The main criteria followed by the courts were: functionality, reference to the existing urban fabric, the architectural values ​​of the buildings and the economic nature of the proposed solutions.

– I think that thanks to these projects, modern areas will be created, on which everyone will want to live – said Grzegorz Muszyński, member of the board of directors of PFR Nieruchomości.

Architectural and urban competitions for the subdivision concept were prepared for three plots of Wroclaw. Two of them – in Hermanowska and Białowieska – were acquired from PKP SA. The third plot at ul. Kolejowa, PFRN bought from Poczta Polska. All areas covered by the contest are covered by the local zoning plan.

In the case of a location in ul. Hermanowska, the best project has turned out to be the subdivision proposed by S.A.M.I. Architects. In turn, the best concept of land use planning in ul. Białowieska was presented by Tektura studio Barbara Kozielewska. The winners received 25 thousand. zł.

The competition court has awarded two equivalent second places to the authors of conspiracy development projects at ul. Railway. However, the B2Studio studio project was a concept to implement.

As part of the Mieszkanie Plus program, 480 apartments in Biała Podlaska, Jarocin and Kępno have already been commissioned. In the first quarter of next year, the tenants will move to Mieszkanie Plus in Gdynia, Wałbrzych and Kępice. The call for proposals is currently being held in Gdynia and the recruitment of 192 apartments in Wałbrzych will start soon – on 18 December.
