Tomasz Zimoch won the trial with Polish radio

Zimoch was also supposed to violate professional ethics. Polish radio authorities suspended the journalist in office. As a result, Zimoch did not participate in the Euro 2016 and the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, which was a big surprise for many people.

As reported by wirtualnemedia.pl last Monday, there was a verdict in this case. The Warsaw-Żoliborz District Court declared that the suspension of Zimoch was illegal, so that the termination of the contract due to the fault of the employer is justified.
