The TVN channel had not asked the author earlier for permission to use his graphics. In addition, the drawing was downloaded from a closed group on Facebook, where fans of the graphic are gathered. It should be added here that the current program that day, Filip Chajzer, mentioned the work under discussion. However, this does not explain the subsequent behavior of the station.

Account Rynn Cartoons on Facebook forbidden

Rynn draws a column on his official Facebook after its publication. TVN did not take advantage of this because it probably made a film based on a rights violation, due to the public use of the material by the graphic designer. In this way, the account of the artist has been banned. As a result, the channel banned the author from distributing the film, which was largely based on his work.

The author has already received appropriate apologies for the situation and, according to the information we received from Facebook, his access to the fanpage should be restored soon.

One can only guess the importance of the loss for the artist to block his Facebook account. We know that this platform is the main tool of his work.
