A 13-year-old Rybnik Paweł had a valve that drains cerebrospinal fluid from her head. The valve did not bother to develop normally. The boy studied well, had exemplary behavior and practiced sports. Now, we do not know if it will ever heal.

The insertion of the valve was due to an illness that the boy had suffered shortly after his birth. Since then, he has remained under the strict supervision of the doctors

– The doctor who carried out the operation informed us that the drain that had formed would appear and that symptoms such as vomiting and vomiting would occur. headaches would begin. We knew that it was immediately necessary to call an ambulance – says Marcin Rek, father of Paweł

Teachers were informed about the health of the boy at school

– I had the # 39, the habit of saying it in primary school. Everyone knew, she was even stuck in a newspaper. I asked, I did not stop saying that when vomiting and headaches appear, call me immediately – says Lucyna Rek, Paweł's mother

The boy felt bad during a school trip

– We went to Rybnik. It was the end of the projection and something began to happen with it. We knew that he was sick, you asked him if everything was fine. He only said that his head hurt a lot – said Bartek Liszka, Paweł's friend.

– Our guardian asked me to bring Paweł home. She did not call an ambulance. In the bus, by all, Paul was still hard, but when we left, he started crying terribly. I have not heard any crying yet. After a while, he started throwing up blood. Then I called Kacper, who stayed in class in the bus – says Bartek Liszka.

– Bartek said that with Paweł it's bad that he is vomiting blood and fainting. I gave it to you, my teacher. She did not warn the ambulance – adds Kacper Mazurek, a friend of Paweł

Bartek, 13, walked about 200 meters with a half-conscious and vomiting Paweł. No passers-by paid attention to the boy who stumbled on his feet

A friend helping Paweł decided to call an emergency number

– I called for help, no one helped us. I called the emergency number, I introduced myself. I shouted at the receiver, I was asking for help, and I heard in the receiver that we had definitely got wet – says Bartek.

The only person who responded was the housekeeper of the neighboring command. She immediately called the neighborhood, which quickly appeared on the spot. He called 112 to call an ambulance. Moments later, Paweł's mother, alerted by Bartek and the district officer, came running. An ambulance also appeared

– In the vicinity of the neighborhood, the boy's mother informed the doctor that the boy had a valve – said Dariusz Jaroszewski of the Rybnik Municipal Police Department

The doctor completely ignored this information. He examined the boy and said that nothing serious was going on.

– I told the rescuer that it may have been a valve. He examined it, gave it an injection and said it was not really that. He told me to go to the pediatrician. I've also heard that I was a hysterical – recalls Ms. Lucyna, Paweł's mother.

After the doctor decided that the boy's mother was in panic, Ms. Lucyna took her son home and immediately called her husband. When Paweł's father arrived home, Paweł was no longer in touch. My parents again called 111. It was the third ambulance call to Paweł in one and a half hours. The same team came with the same doctor

"They will take their son to the hospital for holy peace"

– They finally said that they would take their son to the hospital for a holy peace. As he fell asleep in the ambulance, he no longer woke up – says Paweł's mother. Her husband adds – The ambulance did not even go to the signal. Normally, they were in traffic jams. In the documents they wrote, the son claimed to be unconscious, he simply simulated

the valve that Paw had broken had been implanted. The cerebrospinal fluid, previously drained through the drain, began to fill the boy's skull, causing terrible pain and vomiting. The time in this case is extremely important. When Paweł finally arrived at the hospital, he was immediately transported by helicopter to the Katowice Children's Health Center, where he immediately went to the operating table. The destruction that has occurred in the brain of the child is dramatic.

– Paul was admitted to a grave general condition. There is no logical contact with the boy. His condition improves steadily, but the situation is very serious. At the present time, it is unreasonable to unearth the state in which he will recover. Jerzy Pieruszewski, head of the neurology department of the Upper Silesian Children's Health Center in Katowice

Paweł is currently in a difficult situation: he does not move, he does not speak, he does not Does not swallow. The boy's father filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office about the possibility of committing a crime. It is also difficult to understand the behavior of a teacher who, according to her parents, was aware of the boy's illness and who did not inform Paweł or an ambulance
