This is a comment posted by Sadurski on Twitter on November 10th. He wrote:

If anyone has any doubts, this should be clear after the act of the last two days: no honest man should participate in the parade of the white defenders, who has hidden for a moment their knuckles and crosses swindled, in collusion with the PiS organized crime group.

I apologize to the Law and Justice Party for the fact that on November 10, 2018, on Twitter, I illegally called Law and Justice an organized criminal group. I declare that there was no reason to apply such terms. I regret that, as a result of my illegal acts, I have unfairly violated the party's reputation for law and justice.

In the PiS pre-litigation letter to which PAP came, the ruling party representatives asked, in addition to an apology, that Sadurski refrain from "continuing to violate human rights", including making statements indicating that the party's activity "may be combined with criminal activity". – and pay PLN 20,000 for the Society of Sick Friends "Hospice" in Bialystok.

In a letter dated Wednesday, the party in power gives Sadurski three days, from the reception of the convocation, to meet his expectations. If Sadurski did not comply with the appeal, he would be informed that "appropriate civil actions" would be initiated.

This is another of the PiS trial assignments in recent days. Previously, similar letters had been sent to "Gazeta Wyborcza" journalist Wojciech Czuchnowski, who had posted an entry on the social networks containing the phrase "mafia mafia" and to the chairman of PO Grzegorz Schetyna – for using party such as "PiS Mafia System". The ruling group demands excuses and transfers of 15,000 and 30,000 respectively PLN for John Paul II hospice to Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.
