In connection with the decision of the family court of Wrocław, the man could meet children in the presence of a probation officer. One of these meetings was held Sunday in the Warsaw Games Room. His father and children were assisted by a curator who, according to the media, was at the same time a policeman.

– The court was aware of the findings of the investigation in this case and our decisions regarding the prohibition of rapprochement – said spokeswoman of the district prosecutor's office of Wrocław, Małgorzata Klaus. In the course of the case, Tomasz M. has been examined by experts. They did not notice any signs of aggression against the children. He was very emotionally connected to them – said the judge. – He was particularly associated with his four-year-old son. In August, the court ruled that the father would take the children on vacation for two weeks. The children – the judge said – they came back satisfied. My father felt aggrieved by limiting his contacts with his son and daughter. However, as Judge Jastrzębska said. This was the result of the prosecutor's charges.

A few days ago, the man published on the Internet a very moving letter addressed to the Wrocław District Court. There is no agreement to limit his contacts with children. The letter is very emotional. The father even accuses the court that his decisions "provoke desperate acts". Dramatic in the pronunciation of the letter asking for help, a month ago, she sent the mother of the child to the president of the court.
