Thanks to the impressive rise of Monday, the Warsaw Stock Exchange is positively honored with European stock exchanges.

With the start of the new week, the positive sentiment again provoked the Warsaw Stock Exchange, thanks to which domestic indices could continue the rebound of last week. This time, almost from the beginning of the session, the market initiative belonged to the buyers, thanks to which the WIG20 managed to reach more than 1.6%, at levels never seen on our stock market for nearly three years. month

. red in many Western European stock markets, although the magnitude of the declines in Europe has not been overstated. The WSE mainly benefited from the improved sentiment surrounding the emerging markets of our region, where the buyer had more to say. In addition to Warsaw, the green color was present, among other things on the stock exchanges in Moscow, Prague or Istanbul.

The biggest buyers on the WSE were mainly large companies in the WIG20 index. The main driver of these increases was the value of energy companies, where PGE was the leader, gaining the most impressive growth in the overall index. Buyers were also very active in the banks' newspapers, probably supported by positive expectations regarding the publication of the quarterly results. The shares of refining companies PKN Orlen and Lotos also enjoyed an interest. The mining companies KGHM, JSW and CD Projekt did not take advantage of the positive mood that ended with lower quotations at the end.

In the small and medium-sized segment, buyers had more to say, although their advantage was not perceptible. As a result, in the broad market, there was a slight advantage in the more expensive papers

It is impossible not to notice the positive change in the national stock market, which took place during several sessions. In the last seven (including six growth), the WIG20 index has grown by 8.5%. It should be noted the awakening of small businesses. The sWIG80 index after more than a month of break has returned more than 13,000. Point.
