WASHBURN, N.D. – UPDATE (9:55 pm): At approximately 8:30 pm, a large police arrived at Chad Isaak's Northview RV Park in Washburn and began to enter.
Isaak's neighbor, Dale Ronholdt, said he was in the neighborhood during his arrest. Ronholdt says the police were prepared with many officers. When he saw all these forces of order assembled, he said that RJR was the first thing that came to him in the spirit.
Ronholdt says that Isaak is a fairly well-known chiropractor in Washburn.
He says that he occasionally watched Isaak's dog and never heard him complain about RJR.
We know that the management company took over the Northview motorhome park last summer.
UPDATE (9:18 PM): Mandan Police Chief Jason Ziegler said at a press conference on Thursday that he had made an arrest in the quadruple homicide perpetrated at RJR Maintenance and Management .
He says Chad Isaak, 44, of Washburn, was arrested on four counts of AA crime.
Police responded to RJR Maintenance and Management in Mandan on April 1 for a medical call in which officers found four dead victims. They claim that the victims were wounded by bullet or stab.
CCTV led the investigators to identify the suspect vehicle and the McLean County Sheriff's Office located the vehicle in Washburn.
During a road check on the suspect vehicle, a search warrant was executed. The evidence contained in the vehicle and on Isaak gave the authorities a probable reason to place him under arrest for the murders.
Police say that the reason is unknown and that the investigation is still ongoing.
Isaak owns Washburn's Isaak Chiropractor.
He is detained at McLean County Jail.
UPDATE (8:00 pm): The McLean County Sheriff, JR Kerzmann, confirmed that a man was being held in front of the captain's cabin on the road.
